Robyn Sachs named to “Top 25 CEO’s You Need to Know” by Gazette of Politics and Business
ROCKVILLE, MD – September 5, 2008 – Robyn Sachs, president and CEO of RMR & Associates, has been chosen as one of the leading CEOs in Maryland by the Gazette of Politics and Business’s “25 Top CEOs You Need To Know” list. The special report, which appeared in the Gazette of Politics and Business’s today’s issue, profiles executives from across Maryland who have been outstanding examples of top performing CEOs. Sachs’ recognition helps to illustrate that women can rise through the ranks and become leaders in the world of business.
Sachs began her career in 1984 as the first account executive of a small, retail-focused agency called RMR Advertising. With assistance from her family, she bought the agency in 1987, became its president, added a public relations element, and refocused its mission to serve clients in the business-to- business and tech arena.
Under Sachs’ direction, RMR & Associates Inc. has become an award-winning, dynamic, and consistently successful integrated marketing and public relations firm who has gained significant recognition within the metro Washington, DC area.
